- While I do use Wikipedia (mainly to find out whatever happened to a long-long celebrity) I find it really sad that students are so reliant on it. With the amount of cutting and pasting from IMDB and lack of citations, I'm not a proponent of it for anything but basic knowledge.

- He actually was given the death sentence, but it was commuted by the state of California following a lawsuit that found all executions before 1972 were not legal. Thus, it was commuted to a life sentence with possibility of parole.

To Carin: you are right if she is so broke that quick that means she has not safe anything to fall back on if there's a emergency. like now husband leave and she cant help herself. or yes move back to the old house, she will spend less. how she got broke so quick. Kate is not thinking about the kids Kate is thinking about how to get more money to spend on herself. Marriage is until death do us part, not until Jon do something Kate part. they need to think about the kids. they need to leave the media alone and go away togather and talk things over and then let each other think about the situation for a couple of months.
